Kinesio Tape is the original Japanese kinesiology tape, developed over 30 years ago by Dr. Kenzo Kase. It is the only tape approved for use with the Kinesio Taping Method, which has certified practitioners worldwide.
Single rolls of Kinesio Tape are perfect for sport bags, travel kits and home use. Each 2" x 16.4' roll has enough tape for numerous applications. They're available in Kinesio's four standard colors - beige, black, blue and pink. Each single roll of Kinesio comes in a handy dispenser box that allows you to cut just the amount you need.
