Shipping And Delivery Times
We are proud to offer our customers the best turnaround time in the ecommerce industry. Barring unforseen circumstances such as power outages, orders received by 2:00 pm Central time will ship the same day. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail orders are also shipped on Saturdays. UPS orders are only shipped Monday-Friday.
Shipping Charges - UPS
UPS shipping costs are based on weight and distance. Each product listing includes its shipping weight. A real time shipping calculator for UPS is integrated into the shopping cart. After entering your shipping address during the check out process, the next screen will show pricing for UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight, based on the weight and dimensions of your package as well as the shipping distance.
Shipping Charges - USPS
Because USPS does not provide a real time shipping calculator, USPS shipping charges are based on weight and a preset shipping distance. Each product listing includes its shipping weight. The following chart shows the shipping costs for USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail to US addresses.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal. We also accept payment by check, according to the instructions below.
Check or Money Order
To pay by check or money order, begin the checkout process as though you were paying online. Under Payment Method, select Check or Money Order.
Enter check or money order number in field provided. Complete the check-out process and print 2 copies of your invoice - one for your records and one to include with your payment.

International Orders
We ship anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service Global Priority and Global Express Mail. Because our integrated shipping calculators only calculate for US orders, you must contact us for a shipping quote for international orders. Email us with the items you wish to order as well as your complete shipping address. We will respond with a quote for your entire order, including shipping to your destination.
Orders originating outside the United States must be paid for by credit card at the time or ordering. No personal checks accepted on international orders.
Sales Tax
All orders shipping to Texas addresses will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy
The following items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges):
- Unused rolls of Kinesio® Tex Tape or SpiderTape in their original packages and in saleable condition
- Unopened SpiderTech packages in undamaged condition
All sales of instruction manuals and DVDs are final - no returns accepted.

You must contact us for an RMA number (see below) before returning any products. Once you have returned the product(s) as directed, you will receive a full refund, minus shipping charges.
Instructions for Product Returns
- Please contact us before returning any products. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and tell you the address to return the product to. (Note: products returned without a RMA may be refused.)
- Products must be unopened and undamaged.
- Include a note with your order number, date of purchase, reason for return and action requested (refund, exchange or replacement).
- Be sure to select a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

We follow strict standards to protect your privacy and security. Any information we collect will only be used to process your order or to send you information you have requested. Your information will only be shared with third parties involved in processing your order. Your information will never be sold to ot shared with third parties.
We only collect email addresses from those who place orders online or communicate with us via email. Our web server does not recognize any personally-identifiable information of visitors to our site.
We do compile user-specific information on what pages are visited, as well as any information volunteered by consumers, such as survey responses and/or site registrations. This information is used for internal review to improve the content of our website, and is then discarded. Those who subscribe to our enewsletter or product updates may be contacted regarding these topics. All communications from us will contain an unsubscribe feature, allowing you to opt out of further communications.
