Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are accepted from approved institutions registered with the website. Payment terms are net 30 days. For registration information, email info@theratape.com.

Check or Money Order

Please note that when you pay by check your order will not ship until your check has been deposited and cleared by our bank. This could delay shipment of your order by up to 1 week. To pay by check or money order, begin the checkout process as though you were paying online. Under Payment Method, select Check/Money Order. Complete the check-out process and print 2 copies of your invoice - one for your records and one to include with your payment.

The following items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges):

• Unused rolls of tape in their original packaging and in saleable condition
• Unopened SpiderTech packages in undamaged condition

All sales of instruction manuals and DVDs are final - no returns accepted.

You must contact us for an RMA number (see below) before returning any products. Once you have returned the product(s) as directed, you will receive a full refund, minus shipping charges.

Instructions for Product Returns

1. Please contact us before returning any products. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the address to return the product to.  (Note: products returned without a RMA may be refused.)
2. Products must be unopened and undamaged.
3. Include a note with your order number, date of purchase, reason for return and action requested (refund, exchange or replacement).
4. Be sure to select a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

If we do not have the quantity of an item you requested, you will have the option to adjust the quantity or have the item(s) backordered. Backorders are only available for orders delivered to US addresses. Backordered items will be shipped via standard shipping as soon as they are available. Wait time is typically 1-7 days.

All orders shipping to Texas addresses will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

We follow strict standards to protect your privacy and security. Any information we collect will only be used to process your order or to send you information you have requested. Your information will only be shared with third parties involved in processing your order. Your information will never be sold to or shared with third parties.

We only collect email addresses from those who place orders online or communicate with us via email. Our web server does not recognize any personally-identifiable information of visitors to our site.

We do compile user-specific information on what pages are visited, as well as any information volunteered by consumers, such as survey responses and/or site registrations. This information is used for internal review to improve the content of our website, and is then discarded. Those who subscribe to our enewsletter or product updates may be contacted regarding these topics. All communications from us will contain an unsubscribe feature, allowing you to opt out of further communications.

If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@theratape.com or calling us at (866) 687-4145, telling us that you do not want to receive email from our company.
