Precut Kinesio Tape applications are made from strips of Kinesio Tex Tape, pre-cut into shapes and sizes for specific body parts.Each strip has been precut with smooth edges and rounded ends. The backing is perforated for easier application, and also has cutting guides for making size adjustments. Illustrated application instructions are included in each convenient 3" x 7" foil packet. The KinesioTape Precut Shoulder application consists of a Y-strip and two I-strips. The Y-strip begins on the upper arm with the tails surrounding the shoulder area. A long I-Strip is then applied from the upper arm to the neck, followed by an additional I-strip running over the top of the shoulder. The Kinesio Precut Shoulder Tape can be used to provide support and relieve pain and spasms in the shoulder, rotator cuff and upper arm. Contains 1 single-use application in blue and black. |
