The SpiderTech Ankle Spider is a precut kinesiology tape application for the shin, ankle and lower calf. It is designed to reduce pain, inflammation and spasms in the muscles supporting the ankle. The unique properties of the Ankle Spider allow it to provide pain relief and support while still allowing full range of motion. This allows many individuals with ankle injuries to remain active, preventing the loss of strength and mobility that often occurs after immobilization in casts, braces and other types of athletic tape. The Ankle Spider can be used for either acute or chronic conditions, and is also an excellent therapeutic tool for individuals recovering from ankle  surgery.
