The SpiderTech Hamstring Spider is a pre-cut kinesiology tape application for the hamstring muscles at the back of the thigh. It is designed to reduce pain, inflammation and spasms in the muscles used to bend the knee and extend the hip. These muscles are heavily involved in activities involving running, sprinting and jumping. The unique properties of the Hamstring Spider allow it to provide pain relief and support while still allowing full range of motion.
